When you join a Vinetajj circle or subscribe to our editorial portal, we collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, and shipping details for physical book deliveries. This is categorized as Account Data.
Beyond basics, we observe Engagement Intelligence. This includes your reading preferences, discussion participation within our circles, and language settings. We use this specifically to personalize your editorial feed and suggest local Indonesian literary events that align with your history.
Technical data, including IP addresses and browser types, is logged to ensure the stability of our platform across Bali and the wider archipelago. This data is anonymized and utilized solely for infrastructure optimization.

Data Retention Policy
We retain personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with access to The Archive and Our Circles. Financial records are kept for the statutory period required under Indonesian tax law (typically 10 years). Non-essential interaction data is purged or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
Third-Party Disclosures
Vinetajj does not sell user lists. We share localized data only with essential service partners: specifically, courier services for book delivery and secure payment gateways (Midtrans) for transaction processing.
