Member Eligibility & Access
Vinetajj provides a premium online book club experience. To access certain "Circles" or "The Archive," you must register for an account. By doing so, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show patterns of abuse or unauthorized sharing of editorial assets.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content published within the Vinetajj domain—including but not limited to editorial reviews, member interviews, original essays, and curated reading lists—is the exclusive property of Vinetajj or its licensors.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, screen-scraping, or archival reproduction for external databases is strictly prohibited without written consent from our Bali office.
Reading Circle Etiquette
Our discussion panels are moderated. We foster a community of nuance and civility. You agree not to post content that is:
- Defamatory, harassing, or threatening to other members.
- Promotional "spam" or commercial solicitations inside reading circles.
- Automated or bot-generated critiques or comments.
Limitation of Liability
Vinetajj provides its services "as is." While we strive for absolute accuracy in our editorial portal, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all literary data.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Vinetajj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the portal or participation in the reading communities.
